In this video, Attorney Steve® discusses how a law firm in Chicago and Texas tried to get one of my domain names and filed a UDRP proceeding. Despite me trying to explain to them the obvious deficiencies in their case, they decided nonetheless and moved forward filing a domain name complaint in WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). The three panel arbitrators hit The Law Offices of Jeffrey Antonelli hard and determined that there was a "bad faith" abuse of the administrative proceeding. Now, I hold the rights and plan to respond to recover my losses and for the attempted slap at my reputation and my domain name. This is what NOT TO DO to try to get a great domain name.
