An old program made possible by Bill Clinton that allowed members of Congress to “settle” accusations of a sexual ,discriminating or other such things .

I think this is a good angle to study the Trump Indictment and the subsequent horse shit we could be exposed to soon.
For a more serious journalist there is good stuff here and it’s still relevant!
