Irvo Otieno's family demand justice after video release

The family of Irvo Otieno, on Tuesday (March 21) demanded justice after surveillance video showed Virginia sheriff deputies and medical staffers wrestling with him, while he was handcuffed, for several minutes at a state mental hospital before he died.
