Russia’s Alliance with China Deepens as XI visits Moscow for talks on Ukraine.

Xi Jinping is is Moscow for talk with Vladimir Putin and both are signalling closer military, trade and energy ties. This is very bad news for the US and the outcome that Kissinger warned about many years ago. Will the Russia / China / Iran block lead to a new Cold War?
