Treasury Sec. Janet Yellen puts doubt that smaller bank will get bailed out!

As Bank are collapsing the governments are shouting, "all is well!". But is all really well? In a recent Senate hearing, Treasury Secretary, Janet Yellen made some pretty scarry statements. Smaller Community Banks may very well be in trouble. Why no bailout for them?
