▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣ Add 1 cup of ground pork, 1 cup of ground beef, 1/2 cup of minced green onion, 4 dark soy sauce, 1 Korean soy sauce, 2 rice wine, 1 minced garlic, 1 sugar, 1 sesame oil, and pepper and mix.
2️⃣Cut tofu in half and cut with chopsticks
3️⃣Insert the meat stuffing between the tofu
4️⃣Put leftover meat stuffing or mushrooms in the ripe kimchi and roll it up
5️⃣Put half an onion, bok choy, green onion, and kimchi in a pot
6️⃣Put tofu, 1 minced garlic, anchovy stock in moderation (700ml) and boil it.
7️⃣Add anchovy sauce at the end
