Arizona Voter Disenfranchised By Flawed Registration System

An Arizona voter describes being disenfranchised by the results of an agreement to settle a lawsuit by the League of Women Voters of Arizona, Mi Familia Vota Education Fund, and Promise Arizona against the Arizona Secretary of State. The settlement agreement required ADOT to implement various measures to improve and streamline voter registration services. The unintended results have lead in some cases to the denial of some voters' rights.
