Dear Congresspersons and Senators,
On Friday December 23rd, 2022 another American Citizen was arrested for January 6th, 2020. This wasn't a simple arrest. There were more than 30 FBI and police officers on the scene making a nuisance. I have seen video footage of this day and I was on the phone with a friend who was there at the scene. I was not in DC on January 6th, but I have also seen video footage of the FBI breaking down the doors of families who were in Washington DC on January 6th; the majority were never in the Capitol. The few that were, were invited in. I am not referring to the small group of rioters.
I am writing for several reasons:
· This attack on American Citizens needs to STOP. You, our representatives, need to stop this. We have a right to assemble, and peacefully protest. Those that were outside the Capitol didn't harm a person or property. Therefore, there is no crime.
· Those that were invited in, took a photo and left. (again, I am not speaking of those who broke in)
· We do not need to waste tax $$$ and embarrass good citizens by sending an overkill of FBI and police to their homes, who break down their doors. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
· I understand that those who are now in jail, are in inhumane conditions which include, urine soaked beds, bugs, solitary confinement…
· I have also read reports from journalists who use words like, "reportedly," and, "it appears that..." That is fake news and slandering these persons before they ever go to trial. This type of journalism has to stop.
The only person killed was killed by a guard in the Capitol. Is that person under arrest? If they are investigating these people, why aren't we investigating the crimes of Hunter Biden? What has happened to due process? Why are some of them sitting in jail for so long?
I understand that when Eric Christie of Sherman Oaks went before the judge on Saturday December 24th, his lawyer asked that he be set free with an ankle monitor; why was he denied? Was this to make an example out of him on a religious holiday? His lawyer offered to give up his passport, etc. So he wasn't a flight risk.
FREE Eric Christie and our American Citizens. If there are some that are guilty of a crime, give them their day in court and just punishment, not torture. I would like to hear back (not a form letter) on when you have visited these jails and what you are doing to stop this witch hunt.

The Do Not Talk philosophy; We are not for or against gay relationships… That is your choice if you can legally consent to a relationship as an adult. Government should not force one position or another; it is a choice between you and your God. Our God allows us to follow him by choice… men give us no choice; men want to control your actions.

Christians are married in a church, committing to each other before God, and according to God's word, our God defines marriage as between a man and a woman. Government should not be involved in relationships.

At the same time, it should not be the Government's, educators or psychologists' position to influence children in sexuality… The parents are the only person in charge of raising a child unless they relinquish that right or have been found unfit by a court of law. Both parents should make decisions if issues arise; mediation is an option with a neutral party, not society's ideology.

As far as the crimes… A fair and speedy trial is a constitutional right… Follow the Constitution! PERIOD

Police are always made out to be Republicans… The officers conducting operations against the citizens protesting are doing so at the behest of the Jan 6th committee as an arm of a political party and a partial DOJ.

Do Not Talk supports our men and women in law enforcement and military service… They are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States AND need to be held to the same laws they enforce.
