If the bank refuses a CASH payment then they have VOIDED the CONTRACT (Mortgages/Loans/etc..)

I thought I would post this for those who have a MORTGAGE or LOAN as I have read about peoples banks selling their mortgages and people going to court to say their contract was NOT with the buyer of that mortgage and the courts ruling in their favor so their DEBTS have been wiped clean from simply challenging the new terms etc...
