Building a capacitor torpedo for RC Submarine

This is a basic design that was a proof of concept so others can build on. All schematics are included. I got the idea from two people in particular, Dan Kachur - who designed his probably over 15 years ago and Union Tech for making a Youtube on his way (which mine is based on).
