People see these insane transformations and think that you can lose 100lbs and look like a physique model in 8-12 weeks.
LOL, no.
You didn’t get fat overnight and you won’t get unfat overnight.
Have a plan, be consistent with it, aim to lose 1-2lbs a week by adjusting cardio and diet (weight training is a given) to elicit this loss and STICK TO IT!
Note, DO NOT BUY A MEAL PLAN! you need to keep adjusting variables to keep losing weight. A meal plan is usually cookie-cutter BS that will not do the trick.
