On January 31, 2023, the ATF made a ruling that may pistol braced firearms are going to be considered as Short Barreled Rifles (SBR) and subject to an amnestied registration under the National Firearms Act (NFA). This rule goes into effect on May 31, 2023. Since then a mountain of nonsense, fearmongering, and clickbait have clouded the arena.

The main panicking is that the amnesty being offered by the ATF is some sort of trap that will makes millions into Felons. This is 100% NOT TRUE.

Join Sean as he explains your options to deal with the Pistol Brace Rule and why applying for an NFA stamp isn't a trap and far from the worst option out there.
