How Africa is forming two new continents & an ocean as it slowly divides into two

Slowly but gradually, Africa is splitting into two. As per research, two major sections of the continent are peeling apart, which could eventually form a new ocean. The colossal breakup is associated with the East African Rift System (EARS), one of the largest rifts in the world.
