Braised tofu and tuna

▶️Recipe (measured with rice spoon)
1️⃣Slice 1 large size tofu (500g)
2️⃣Sauce: 4 soy sauce, 1 anchovy sauce, 1 minced garlic, 0.5 sugar, 1 red pepper powder, 1 sesame oil, 300ml anchovy broth
3️⃣Put half an onion in a pot and place tofu
4️⃣Insert 1 can of oiled tuna (200g)
5️⃣Add the seasoning and boil over medium heat when it boils
6️⃣Open the lid, add 1 green onion, 2 Cheongyang peppers and boil
Turn off the heat when the broth remains moist.
7️⃣Pepper at the end
▶️If the tofu is soft and it is difficult to stir it to the bottom, hold the handle of the pot and shake it ^^ The tofu will not break and the seasoning will go down.
▶️If the amount of tofu is small, reduce the amount of soy sauce
▶️ If the pot size is small and the amount of soup looks large, you can boil it down more.
