Touch Grass denotes our disconnect from nature and the natural order, but a deeper principle is that it grounds us in reality. The idea is to help us maintain our priorities, vision, sanity and not be blinded by the simulations generated for our amusement. This being true we can find this grounding in reality and the things of true meaning in several different areas besides Nature.
