Payne Springs TX ~Chief of Police April Meadows and Officer Jonathan Hutchison ARRESTED

Meadows and Hutchison were arraigned in Henderson County and bail was set by District Judge Scott McKee at $1.5 million on each charge.
Payne Springs City Council held an emergency meeting Saturday, March 11 to deal with the aftermath.
