Hey friends and welcome!!🌞 This week I ate intuitively but kept track of my food and calculated after the fact what I ate everyday! The crazy thing is I naturally eat around the same amount. Intuitive eating is possible, you body is so incredibly smart and I hope you learn how to trust it!

Things I suggest to do that can help:
- stop wearing that watch that tells you how your body is feeling. having an outside source tell you how your feeling is causing separation.

- before declining something that is "unhealthy" or has "to many" calories, ask yourself where this belief is coming from

- eat different types of food and pay attention to how you feel after consuming said thing. Sometimes we convince ourselves something is good or bad for us without actually paying attention to how we FEEL from said thing

- follow REAL, honest people with well rounded mindsets, that inspire you
