Uncovering the Truth: JFK Assassination Evidence Revealed by Author of Cover-Up (1979)
"Cover-Up" is a non-fiction book written by Gary Shaw, originally published in 1976. The book offers a detailed analysis and investigation into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963.
Shaw's book presents a critical look at the official version of events surrounding the assassination, including the Warren Commission Report, and argues that there was a deliberate cover-up of the true facts surrounding Kennedy's death. The author also highlights the various inconsistencies and contradictions in the official narrative, and provides evidence to support alternative theories of the assassination.
In the book, Shaw places emphasis on the new evidence obtained by Congress and himself through the Freedom of Information Act, as well as startling blowups of photographs of the assassination. Shaw's book provides a detailed and thought-provoking investigation into one of the most controversial events in American history, and remains a significant contribution to the ongoing debate surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
Gary Shaw (1935-2021) was an American author, researcher, and conspiracy theorist, known for his work on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

In 1976, Shaw published his most famous work, "Cover-Up," which offered a critical examination of the official narrative of the assassination and argued that there was a deliberate cover-up of the true facts surrounding Kennedy's death. The book became a bestseller and made Shaw a well-known figure in the conspiracy theory community.
Shaw continued to research and write about the assassination throughout his career, publishing several other books on the topic, including "Conspiracy of One" (1984) and "Denial of Justice" (1999). He also served as the president of the JFK Research Assassination Committee and was a frequent speaker at conferences and events related to the assassination.
Despite his controversial views, Shaw was respected for his meticulous research and dedication to uncovering the truth about the Kennedy assassination. He passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 85.
