The Ongava Research Centre is a hub for cutting-edge research into animal behavior and spatial ecology, located in the stunning Ongava Game Reserve in Namibia. Here, a team of dedicated researchers work to deepen our understanding of the natural world and the complex relationships that exist between species and their environments.
One of the unique tools used by the Ongava research team is a gyro-plane, which provides an unparalleled perspective on the landscape and its inhabitants. This agile and eco-friendly patrol vehicle allows researchers to observe wildlife from a bird's-eye view and track the movements and behaviour of animals across the reserve.
