Starting off the top 5 most streamed female artists for the second year ago snagging that top spot is the angelic Billie Elish, a true testament to her output and fanbase, aside from a few singles, Billie didn't release a whole lot of music this year. Coming in at that second spot is Taylor Swift who had quite a prolific year by releasing two albums that currently hold the number one and three spots at the time of this recording, as well as two documentaries. Right behind Taylor is Ariana Grande who was a little quite at the beginning of 2020 but had a strong second half with the release of her album positions. At the four spot we have Dua Lipa who released her break out album Future nostalgia right when this pandemic started and hasn't looked back. And rounding out that fifth spot is Halsey who dropped an acclaimed album at the top of the year which spawned her number one single Without Me.
