Nordic Curls are King

210.5 today!

I will start documenting food Monday.

My back is MUCH better - I strained my erector. OUCH!

I am able to train normal BUT will avoid unsupported barbell movements.

The movement I am doing here is a Nordic curl, in my opinion the BEST hamstring-curl type movement. If you can’t do these, work to be able to do them!

Macros are:
360 protein
350 carbs
Fats are around 120g (don’t measure since mostly trace and @outrightbar )
