After stripping Breanna Ashbury of her powers and leaving her a shell of her former self. We now can head to another more reclusive ally but to get to him we will have to go through the Dust District. A brutal gang war is erupting between Paolo's Howlers and the high Overseer's Abbey men with many innocents caught in the middle.
