Michael Kettley was attacked and shot in Ruskin Florida in 2010. His attacker wasn't caught and out of frustration he took matters into his own hands. In a case of mistaken identity, he shot a porch full of men on Thanksgiving Day. He was tried and the jury was hung. This is his retrial; we are at the almost halfway point.
