Nicki Minaj’s father, Robert Maraj, has died after being struck in a hit-and-run accident. Nassau County Police in New York say that he was walking Friday evening around 6 PM when he was hit by a vehicle heading northbound. Cops say the driver then fled the scene without a meaningful description from witnesses. Hit and run just the worst.

On Wednesday, Nassau County Police announced the arrest of 70-year-old Charles Polevich, who was allegedly driving the vehicle that struck Robert Maraj on Friday night.
