Just toss a little o this and a little o that in. You will be surprised at what you can whip up in a hurry but still filling and delicious. It's also a comfort food to help you unwind.

Toss in
Rice (any of your favorite kind)
You can use a can of rotel for a little kick
a small can o tomato sauce
Chicken or fish or ground beef or just keep it vegan.
Have fun with spices!!
