▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
▶️ Pickling Cucumbers
1️⃣Cucumbers 4 - Quarter, remove seeds and cut into 2~3cm cubes
2️⃣Dissolve 3 coarse salt in 400ml of water and pickle cucumbers for 20 minutes
3️⃣Wash in water once and remove the water side

▶️Seasoning
1️⃣2 red peppers, 1/4 onion, 1/8 apple, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1 spoonful of rice, grind in a blender with a little water
2️⃣Mix 3~4 red pepper powder, 1 honey (sugar substitute), 1 anchovy sauce, 1 minced shrimp sauce, 2 pinches of fine salt, and 6-7 strips of chives in No. 1
3️⃣Mix the seasoning with cucumber and leek in moderation.
4️⃣Give it to the end. If it is bland, add salt and sesame seeds.
5️⃣Keep at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then put in the refrigerator
