How can I believe in Jesus if my loved ones have gone to Hell?

Our listener asks, "How can I help someone that you’re trying to witness to understand when they ask ‘What about all my loved ones who weren’t saved, and how can I believe and accept that knowing that they did not?’ I’ve had a couple people say something about this when I try to talk to them about Jesus and salvation."
