Elizabeth Warren Blames Congress For Silicon Valley Bank Collapse

Elizabeth Warren spoke at the Senate Finance Committee hearing and criticized congress's rollback of banking regulations in 2018 that she believes paved the way to Silicon Valley Bank's collapse. She says this made it easier for Fed Chair Jay Powell to weaken regulations as well. 

Warren says that Congress "...handed Chair Powell the flamethrower that he aimed at the banking rules."
