International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant for Putin on war crime charges

The President of China will soon be heading to Moscow in a show of support for President Putin. The news comes as Poland and Slovakia announce they are sending their fighter jets to Ukraine, a move that increases NATO involvement in the conflict.
