Super Simple DIY 5 gallon moving bed bio filter/ reactor - (aquaponics filter, pond filter)

In this video I show you how to build a very simple moving bed bio filter using a 5 gallon bucket. The build itself literally takes like 10 minutes. The purpose of a moving bed bio filter is to brake down fish waste into nutrients that the plants can absorb. Or if used on a pond into a from that is less harmful for the fish. They are very effective filters. And are typically used in combination with other filters.
