Heating a green house with a compost bin (attempt 2)

I built another compost bin to try and add some heat to my greenhouse.
This time I built on the outside attached to the greenhouse.
I however did not build it big enough so it did produce heat.
Since it did not quit work I might extend it out a bit more to make it bigger, but not sure at the moment.
