Simple and easy to make PASSION FRUIT MOUSSE recipe.
Hello everyone, today I'm going to teach you how to prepare a perfect passion fruit mousse dessert.
After several tests, I improved the recipe that was previously made only with ready-made passion fruit juice, condensed milk and crème de leche, and now, with small changes, it is perfect and is very easy to make.

For the ingredients of our recipe we will need.
a 200 gram box of cream, a 1/2 box of condensed milk 593 grams, a cup of natural passion fruit juice, a cup of boiling water and a packet or box of passion fruit gelatine.
For the syrup, we will need 1/2 cup of water, a tablespoon of cornstarch, 3 tablespoons of natural passion fruit juice, 3 tablespoons of sugar and seeds to decorate.
To prepare the recipe, start by putting a cup of boiling water in a bowl and dissolving a pack of passion fruit gelatin.
Then, mix the gelatin with a box and a half of condensed milk, a box of crème de leche and a cup of natural passion fruit juice, beating everything in the blender for about five minutes.
The consistency of the mixture will depend on the brand of condensed milk used.
After beating the ingredients, put the mixture in a container and leave it in the fridge for at least six hours, or in the freezer for an hour and a half and then in the fridge.
While the mousse is in the fridge, you can prepare a simple and delicious passion fruit jelly by mixing half a cup of cold water, a tablespoon of cornstarch, three tablespoons of passion fruit juice and three tablespoons of refined sugar, stirring until thickened and glossy.
When the mousse is consistent, add the jelly on top and decorate with passion fruit seeds.
The dessert is light, delicate and perfect for any occasion.
