Triceps dips: This exercise is great for isolating and targeting the triceps muscles. Find a sturdy surface to perform dips on, such as parallel bars or the edge of a bench. Place your hands on the surface with your fingers facing forward, and lower your body until your arms form a 90-degree angle. Push yourself back up to the starting position, extending your arms fully.
