I used to get up almost every morning, feeling some kind of hangover effects. When I stopped drinking, I started doing something that really made a huge difference to how my day progressed, and when my days were better, it impacted me in my whole life. It's a bit corny, but it shows that it doesn't take that much to get you onto the right track and keep you there. Happiness to you all.
