Don't have a lot of time?**Then, only do as much or as little as you can in this workout**It's broken up by chapters...A 6-minute circuit to warm up; a 9 minute circuit for your arms; a 9-minute circuit for your hips + thighs; a 6-minute circuit for your abs; a 5-minute circuit to stretch + cool down**You can jump to your favorite chapters at any time**Do ARMS and fast forward to ABS**Do the Warm up and fast forward to HIPS + THIGHS**Do just the Warm up and fast forward to the Stretch + Cool down**Customize this workout to suit your needs around YOUR schedule 💪🏻
