▶️Recipe (measured with rice spoon, 1 cup: 200ml)
1️⃣Add 2 cups (400ml) of flour, 1/2 cup (100ml) of starch, 1/3 salt, cooking oil, and 150-200ml of water and knead
2️⃣If you cover it with vinyl and ripen it, it will be more chewy
3️⃣Slice 1~2 potatoes, 1/3 zucchini, 1 green onion, and half an onion
4️⃣Boil 1~1.5L anchovy broth
5️⃣Put in a bowl of kimchi, 150ml of kimchi soup, 2 pieces of Korean soy sauce, and boil it.
6️⃣Remove zucchini and sujebi
7️⃣When it's cooked, add 1~2 fish sauce, a little salt, green onion, and 1 minced garlic and boil it a bit more^^
