How did AA know AMC would RS to $30? Did him and his Hedgie buddies conspire on a price in advance?

In the audio of Adam Aron he states that after the Reverse split AMC will be trading at $30 how did he know this? I thought the market was suppose to dictate the price? They conspire together everyday to rob retail investors and pension Zion funds
