This is a 24 hour vlog. In this video I am going to show you what we are doing to stay healthy. My daughter with Down Syndrome has a low immune system and my husband is a paramedic. I can't kick him out of the house so I have to be creative. I will share with you some supplements that I use while we are staying healthy with a low immune system. I will also share with you some foods we eat. We are trying to quarantine, however life has gotten in the way and same struggles have come up. Like my need to keep going to therapy with Naomi.
