Today, Chris and I talk about the possibility of representing characters musically and what kind of flavor do these personalities possess.

Then we explore leadership through the eyes of Woodrow Call. How does Call ideas around leadership effect his sociability and his reflection on other leaders. Is Call like this because of his leadership model or is his leadership model like this because of Call’s personality? Does Call’s type of leadership this effect how his men view and interact with him?

What happens when leadership isn’t earned? Can leadership be educated into you? Does being “elite” make you a leader? Does a leader need to see themselves as different from the people they are leading?
