US not seeking to contain China -top admiral

The United States is not seeking conflict in the Indo-Pacific, nor is it seeking to contain China, said Admiral John C. Aquilino, the head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific command, during a lecture in Singapore on Thursday (March 16).
