The Following Program: Negligent Parents CRIMINALLY Liable For Their Child's Murderous Rampage?

In a first-of-its kind charge, James and Jennifer ("Jehn") Crumbley are each charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter. Each charge may result in a 15 year sentence. The charges stem from the murderous rampage of their disturbed (the 15 year-old) son who killed four people and wounded several others in 2021.

We will review the facts and listen to oral arguments from their appeal that was heard last week. Should be a doozy.
