Welcome to this meditation session. In this
session, we will be using calming music to
help you achieve a deep state of
relaxation and inner peace. The music is
designed to create a soothing
atmosphere, helping you to relax deeply
and let go of any stress or worries. The
gentle melodies and rhythms will guide
you on a journey of inner peace and
tranquility. As you listen to the music, you
may notice thoughts coming into your
mind. This is perfectly normal, but try not
to engage with them. Simply acknowledge
them, and then let them go, bringing your
attention back to the music. Allow the
music to wash over you, like a gentle
wave, carrying you deeper and deeper
into relaxation. You may notice your
breathing becoming slower and more
rhythmic
