Cheshire Road Maintenance Madness

Walk through of a section of road only fully resurfaced a few years ago. The equivalent of re-spraying an old rusty car previously written off in an accident. Scandalous waste of money. Cheapest way: do the job thoroughly, properly & to a high standard the first time & then leave it for 25+ years! (And clear out the gullies regularly!)
