THE MOST OBVIOUS/FUNNIEST ADHD DIAGNOSIS?

FINALLY! I can say I have ADHD without being criticised for self-diagnosing, 3 long years on the waiting list for this assessment and a lifetime of unnecessary suffering.
Oh well, I've tried to make it funny at least!

I've been building Twpzen (My free Mental Health website/book/videos) for a few years and despite committing to lots of intense work on myself, I was still having meltdowns, zero focus or memory, covered in mystery bruises from being so clumsy and having all my friendships and relationship crumble away while I tried to just 'feel normal' - Now I know why!

Yes, I am annoying. I don't want to be, but I get too excited to talk about what I love and make sure to see my psychiatrist getting annoyed with me, several times!
Also, how does the metal band Lamb Of God fit into all of this?
I've tried adding some music and got a bit carried away, but I think I quite like how it flows - what do you think?

Have you been diagnosed or still waiting, or is this video scaring you because of how similar you are?
Let me know, I have acquired so much knowledge while awaiting the call, and I am desperate to help others with it now!
It is worth noting I am currently also awaiting a diagnosis for Autism, but there are many overlaps so it's a hard one and not anytime soon!
