Ken Bennett FILIBUSTERED this pretending not to know basic things like the voter's name being on the envelope not the ballot. There's no way he doesn't know that. He also suggested many times that the voter bubbling in the oval has something to do with the printer setting. I shaved 10 or 15 minutes of this.

The Signature numbers are from 2020, then they project both elections. In the early signature infographic he's projecting for 2020 when he counts envelopes (1.9m) and 2022 when he counts ballots (1.3). Of course, the signatures were on the envelopes in both elections.

Overlooked in this hearing, there was a second cause for widespread ballot misfeeds besides the 19 inch images: printers' heat setting were changed from heavy to normal, causing the timing marks not to be read, because the toner needs more heat to fuse. The timing marks have to be perfectly black or the machine will read them as a photocopied/illegitimate ballot and spit it back. They also have to be at the right location on the page, the problem with the 19" images. The machines spat back 7,000 ballots every half hour, all day from 7 am to 8 pm.
