Amigos y amigas! Today, I'm going to show you how to make a classic Spanish tortilla - not to be confused with the flatbread! This eggy, potatoey, and oh-so-tasty dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Grab your apron, sharpen your knives, and let's get cooking. We'll start by peeling and slicing potatoes, and then sautéing them with onions. Meanwhile, we'll beat some eggs and mix in the potato-onion mixture. Then it's time to fry it all up until it's golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
