Find the treasure map in the basement of the manor at the West Manor Cape (requires Alohomora III). Then travel to the Tomb of Treachery behind the waterfall in the far north of the area. When you reach the puzzle room, use Flipendo to turn over the bottom left, bottom right, and top middle stones.
