Vital signs are important indicators of a patient's health status. Obtaining accurate vital signs and interpreting these findings is an important part of being a nurse. There are six vital signs:

1. Blood Pressure
2. Respiratory Rate
3. Temperature
4. Heart Rate AKA Pulse
5. Pain Rating
6. Oxygen Saturation

In this video I focus on blood pressure, respirations and heart rate. I also discuss what factors can alter vital signs.
