Spiral Cage Conveyor Pulley

The spiral cage pulley is applied to the belt conveyor (belt conveyor). The principle of the spiral cage pulley is that there are long holes parallel to the axial direction on the surface of the pulley. When the return belt has material entering, the material can enter the long hole and enter the pulley. The inside of the pulley is a double-cone pulley with two pointed ends and a thick middle. There are holes at both ends of the pulley. The material enters the pulley through the long axial holes on the surface of the pulley, and is discharged to the stockyard through the cone and end holes, which avoids the pressure and wear of the material on the belt at the reversing roll, and improves the service life of the belt. The product is suitable for steel raw material factories, wharf stockyards, power plants and coal yards, where the pulley at each turning point of the bucket wheel extractor can discharge the materials from the return belt when there is more material on the return belt.
