SCOTUS Will Hear Most Important Transgender Rights Case In US History

West Virginia has asked the Supreme Court to allow the state to ban transgender women from competing on female school sports teams, the state attorney general’s office said.

Meanwhile, student activists at Stanford Law School attended a Federalist Society event where 5th Circuit Court Judge Kyle Duncan was speaking. Judge Duncan yells at a student, mocks her for asking the question of whether he considers his ethics when it comes to making judicial decisions. As he is leaving the event, Judge Duncan calls one of the students  an "appalling idiot."
